I am a Midlands based conference photographer, ideally located to service all of the major UK conference venues.
Of course those on the stage will want to look their best in all the images, but as a conference photographer it is important to remember that the audience are as much a part of the event as the speakers. So I will use the use the whole room – front, back and sides – to ensure that the audience engagement is captured along with the action on the stage.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How will my images be delivered?
Short answer – how do you want them? Images are usually delivered to my Clients via a OneDrive download link, but this could as easily be via WeTransfer or even via a USB delivered to you or your Client.
- How soon will I get my images?
I believe in a rapid turnaround. I know it’s best for me, and I’m sure it’s good for you. All Clients will receive their images within 72 hours of the event closing, and depending on the scale and complexity of the images, most will be delivered within 24-48 hours.
- Can I get images during the event for a “content feed” slideshow?
Given a suitable break in proceedings, I often produce a “rough cut” edit of a few highlight images from one part of the event that are used to display as delegates move to another.
- Can I have two photographers?
I mostly work alone, and most events can be easily covered that way. On the occasions where a second photographer would be beneficial, I can arrange that, subject to availability.
