- What areas do you supply the Selfie Pod?
The core service area is Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire. Its possible to supply the pod outside this core area, just get in touch and we can discuss things.
- How are the Selfies delivered?
After the pictures are taken (GIFs, photos, or videos) the user will be asked to select a method of delivery, email, SMS, or QR code. The images are then delivered immediately (dependent on available networks).
- Are all mobile devices supported?
Images can be delivered to any device. However, due to manufacturers restrictions, delivery of video or GIFs to Apple devices must be via email.
- What happens if there is no WiFi or 4G network?
In this case all selfies will be stored within the Selfie Pod and forwarded on as soon as a network is available. It is however unlikely that there will not be either kind of network available.
- Will there be a member of staff with the Selfie Pod?
The Selfie Pod is incredibly simple and reliable, and designed to be unobtrusive and is therefore unattended for your guests unhindered enjoyment. You will have our contact details on the day, so in the highly unlikely event of a technical problem you can call us and we will return to site. Every hire is risk assessed, and we may decide to man the Pod in some cases for safety or security reasons.
- Is the Pod insured?
As with all responsible events suppliers, the Pod is insured, risk assessed and we carry Public Liability insurance for £5million. However, as the hirer of an unattended item of equipment, you will be responsible for any damages caused by negligence or recklessness.
